TAT Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 Dont scrap it, weigh it in at a recyling plant, or break it your self for parts.

qazitory Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 Put it on ebay or on the classified section - although be prepared for the idiots that come out! I know as I did it a few weeks ago! Scrap was £220 a ton a few weeks ago, but I think it's gone down? I suppose it also depends what's wrong with it?
cytine Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 If you just want to be rid of it why not donate it to the Fire Service Training College at Handsworth? Give tham a ring and see if they are interested.

Use as many ebay filters as you can to prevent people with negative feedback etc bidding because there will be a lot of weirdo's contacting you. I put mine on in Feb and sold within a couple of hours.
traceb Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 Depends if you want the hassle of ebay-Ive been messed around by a guy for a month-never took it in the end.
