Bollie Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 Unfortunately, we might have to have our cat re-homed. Although he's never done anything specifically that worries me, I don't really trust my ever inquisitive 7 month-old baby (who loves to pull things!!) around him. He's 10 years old and loves the outdoors. He's very much an outdoor cat. I'm sad to see him go but not only do I worry about him being around the baby, we are a very busy family and don't have time to give him the love and attention that he deserves. Does anyone have any ideas how I can find him a new home? Its such a hard decisions and i've struggled with it for months. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks all

TheGuy Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 It's a long story but we had to re-home a couple of cats a couple of years ago; we looked into it and we discovered a "cat home" near us that we could take them to. This "cat home" turned out to be a woman in a house just off Halifax road

No it just shocked me that someone could give a member of their family away when its gets a little inconvenient. To me a pet is for life and is part of the famaly. Lets hope the poor thing finds a good home.
