Modern combat 3 : fallen nation ,crashing iPad

New game hit the apple system , modern combat 3 which is a play on the new Xbox ps3 game.

 

Thing is it keep crashing like crackers, was ok till I got upto lever 7 or so and then crash after cash after crash.

Turn game on starts and loads then crash, click multiplayer and crash.

 

Tried all trick surgested by online forums like, reboot, reinstall, delete game and remove data etc.. But still the same.

 

Has anyone solved this on here ?

 

Running iPad on iOS 5, btw this seem to crash on any device on any iOS.

Fixed !!!

 

Reset my activator which I don't touch or use or even know what it's for ? It downloaded with the mouse and keyboard btstack I use for the magic mouse n that.
