Can definitely recommend this - it toned me up and got me a little fitter in just a few weeks, but unfortunately, I'm back at Uni now and spare time is limited so I haven't been able to go recently
LitleMermaid Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 I attend eating disorder recovery support groups so I'm not sure I'm the best person to advise but I completely understand if you're unhappy with how you look. I find (in my saner periods!) that calorie counting is the best way to loose weight-it works on the same principle of WW in that you can eat whatever you want provided you stick to your limits, so you aren't being denied anything you really fancy. Please don't try and loose too much too quickly-as tempting as that is, it can be a recipe for disaster, take it from me! Good luck!
