I get this error when trying to load my chosen avatar.

Not a problem, just wanted to change it.

The forum rules in the Help & Contact Us section state that avatars must be "It must be less than 6.8K and a max of 50 x 50 pixels", but if you could raise a helpdesk request about the issue you encountered the the error message someone will look into it for you!
