The HR payroll call centre is based in newcastle. They dont have any numbers for the query team in sheffield

Dotn take the wrong way but (so we can help you more specifically) who are you after? is it a payroll query for Sheffield based employee? surely The central call centre shoudl take care of all of that.

 

Im not been nosey but you have tried the central centre and they cant help you, someone has supplied the job centre number but you say its payroll you want but wouldnt you want to contact the central team for that?

tbh you are best off emailing JCP people if there is someone specific you need? or asking the central team to email...

Thats not head office, they are benefit queries. I am after a member of staff

I am not after claiming.

 

Someone who used to work there has provided me with the main newcastle number but they cant put me through
