kazzam Posted October 21, 2011 Posted October 21, 2011 Hi, can anyone help me? I've just got the htc wildfire s, I've just about sussed how to use it but when I go on the internet with it, all the writing is very small...so is there a way to make the writing bigger and easier to read. Thanks
alternageek Posted October 21, 2011 Posted October 21, 2011 have you tried zooming in on the touch screen? Also the default browser on the phone is rubbish, like absolute rubbish. Ive been using Opera Mini on my phone and it works way better

Thanks Hi yes the writing is small but with the touch screens you have to to zoom in using the screen !
gremlin_mick Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 If you open your browser, and then press Menu > More > Settings there should be an option called something like "Open pages in overview" You probably have this ticked. Untick this, and you may also have a setting called "Deafult Zoom" I always have this on "medium" (Your menu and settings MAY be slightly different. I havent got an HTC to try it on!)
Ryan'Biz Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 To make writing (and everything else bigger) in "most" internet browser's just do the following. put 2 finger's on the middle of your screen and swipe outward's with both finger's in opposite direction's and visa versa to zoom in/out. this is otherwise known as "pinch to zoom"
