Depends on how much you want to pay for a house. South/south west is expensive, NE Derbyshire is better value, eg a three bedroom semi in south/south west in good condition, set you back about £200k+ same thing Dronfield about £160k-£170K Good luck house hunting it is a nightmare!!!
