The story is that it is EITHER the inner part of the programmer control that turns, or the outer part, and they'll start by replacing the cheapest... but oh dear it's the other part as well. Then your door seal will be on it's way out so you may as well have it done now for an extra £80 to save further call out charges. Just buy a new one for about £199, it will work out about the same.
