m&s are probably the nicest but asda is much cheaper. i buy mine at asda and tesco, i review them on my blog: Ready Meal Reviews. I dont think Clubcard points are a reason to go to tesco they give so little back it's just not worth it

I was put off eating ready meals after watching The Big Fat Truth about Low Fat Food.

In it they showed how low fat ready meals contain an ingredient present in wallpaper paste, yuck!

I still very occasionally eat them, I eat alone most evenings so can't be bothered to cook properly, but I am trying to cook using more fresh ingredients.

Try batch cooking and freeze the extra portions.
