we have a green box outside and its been open for 24hrs all live cables, have you ever tried to ring or email virgin?.....what a load of rubbish it is trying to contact them....if there isn't a press button 1 to 10 you cannot get through:loopy:

I did exactly that. Hated virgin with a passion but sky are very good. Slower speeds for me but so much more reliable and i cant even remember the last time i lost my connection.
