Rough idea to remove a stud wall/build a breakfast bar

Hi

 

We are looking for a rough estimate for a bit of building work. We want to remove a large-ish section of an interior stud wall (approx. 5' x 5') with the intention of creating a breakfast bar. As well as the removal of the wall section, we'd like a small number of spot lights fitted into the ceiling above the bar.

 

Any idea what sort of ball park figure we'd be looking at?
