grinboy   10 #145 Posted January 3, 2007 hey john t.  Ride safe, ride fast, ride long.  It's all about enjoying it! Don't make dodgy decisions. If you're riding faster than you can think, you're riding too fast. Listen to your uncle Grin (who learned the hard way, which is of course a path you could take if you choose, but why would you want £1000's lost in broken bike, kit, health, etc? wish I'd listened!). Definitely easier said than done, even now, but always worth the effort of trying to decrease the death statistics by riding within you and your bike's capabilities. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . medusa   16 #148 Posted January 3, 2007 Can I suggest that you post this on the sheffield bikers forum roger?  It's http://www.sheffieldbikers.co.uk.  I'm afraid to say that I don't think I could survive another biker funeral so soon after the recent one of my boyfriend, but I hope you have a good turnout for his last ride.  Please nod for me while you are there.
