The Thursday class has been relocated.

From the New Year, we will be at

Thursday - 7.45pm

Paces Fitness Centre

Packhorse Lane

High Green

Sheffield

S35 3HY

It has the same theme as the session that ran at the Martial Arts Centre and has the same content during the session.

Although intense, its a really friendly session so if you are looking for a new activity, or to get fit in the new year then you are welcome to join us.

Its no-contracts so if you don't like the service then you simply walk away.

Just bring a bottle of water and wear a pair of decent trainers.

I'm looking for something suitable for a bloke in his mid 20's to get some fitness as well, anywhere around Grenoside/Chapeltown/Ecclesfield area.

Would any of you recommend something you do for me? Also trying to get over a bout of leg based Sciatica as well.

Not the most fun in the world!

Hello.

My Yoga & Pilates based classes as detailed above (or via my website) are mixed attendance classes, and would also help with your Sciatica.
