Shef_Fitness   10 #37 Posted January 4, 2013 I'm looking for something suitable for a bloke in his mid 20's to get some fitness as well, anywhere around Grenoside/Chapeltown/Ecclesfield area. Would any of you recommend something you do for me? Also trying to get over a bout of leg based Sciatica as well. Not the most fun in the world!    We run fitness sessions at High Green, all with a friendly atmosphere and will give you a good workout.  We got 2 fat burning classes on MOnday at 7pm and 8.05pm (the 7pm being the most intense), and we have a 50/50 class on Thurday at 7.45pm..... 50% boxercise (punching the pads) and 50% circuit training.
