Hi shazowl thanks for your interest, someone will have to come to your house and do a homecheck i.e. find out if your home/garden are suitable and find out more about you and your knowledge of the breed. Are you on facebook?

Thanks Louise

It's nice to see another rescue setting up for for Sibe's. :) There are far too many of them slipping through the net right now. :(

Do you mind if I ask what your policies are please? What areas do you cover, do you neuter dogs, homecheck potential adopters etc?

I quite regularly come across Sibe's looking for new homes, it would be great to have another direction to point people in. :)

Hi Ruffles & LadyB

We are based in Sheffield but we have helpers and volunteers all over the country.

As for our policies we intend to neuter, microchip and inoculate our dogs before they are rehomed, and potential foster/adoption homes will have to be home checked before we let the dog go to them. Yes we are noticing that sibes are becoming status doggies and most people dont have a clue what there getting into they are completely different to your average dogs

please follow the link http://www.facebook.com/messages/602937520#!/groups/sharerescuedogs/

or email us sharerescue@yahoo.co.uk

Thanks Louise @ S.H.A.R.E

Hi SHARErescue and welcome to the Sheffield pet owners group :)

It might be nice to know a little more about your rescue and the responsibilities that you will have to the fosterers and also the fosterers to you, its always best to be up front in these things I think.

Lovely to hear about a new rescue :)
