saxon51 Â Â 10 #17 Posted September 9, 2011 :hihi:I see this one at least once a week and it always makes me smile . Â I liked the one on the van delivering pies to the chippie on Attercliffe PUKKA 1 ..... and even better was the battered old white (possibly Sierra) parked up in Netto car park at Lane Top about 4 years ago with the number plate ........ B1 ADE . Still there when I came out of the bookies and I was amazed to see a grandfatherly Asian gent unload his trolley full of cooking oil and onions into the boot and whizz off down Barnsley Rd ....totally shattered my illusion lol. What as the actual plate layout, numbers and digits-wise?
 Share this content via...

rich951 Â Â 10 #20 Posted September 9, 2011 I can't remember the actual reg, but the worst I've seen was one where they actually wrote what it was meant to be saying underneath - if it's that obscure then why bother... Â Can't stand them in general though, it manages to make you look both pretentious and crass at the same time.
 Share this content via...
TaxiBaz   10 #21 Posted September 9, 2011 There's a Hackney in Chesterfield with the reg, A1 XAT. Looks Ok in your rear view mirror. Another is TK51 CAB I've seen CO51 CAB in Nottingham a few times.
 Share this content via...
scentral   10 #22 Posted September 9, 2011 Saw an Audi TT in Nether Edge a couple of years ago with A3ABE (the '3' was well dodgy and had a couple of black screws so it looked like A BABE.  Trouble was, while I was looking, she got out.
