The machine is an Epsom Stylus Office BX300F photocopier/fax/scanner and is a fab machine until I need to change the ink. When it is ready, the cartridge thingy moves across so you can get your hand in to change it but at present the black ink is faint but not entirely empty therefore I cannot change it and its really frustrating Is there some sort of secret button?
