Yep, getting out of Birley Spa Lane or Drakehouse Crescent onto Moss Way when it's busy is a nightmare now. Add a supermarket there and surely they are going to have to put traffic lights at the junctions.

Have any traffic controls been put on Moss Way to enable people to get out of Birley Spa Lane and Drakehouse Crescent? There are regular accidents there as it is.

Any conditions placed on a Section 278 agreement by a local authority have to be warranted, they can't just request whatever they want and expect a developer to fund it, no questions asked.
