hiya, just wondered if there were any plasterers out there who had trained on the job but have recently had to undertake NVQ to be able to continue working on sites?

my other half has been a plasterer for about 16 years now, learnt on the job, but now has to get nvq level 2 to get work on sites.

anyone done/doing it have any tips/pointers/advice?

Im looking for a quote for our Bedroom, the ceiling needs boarding and the room plastered and also the Hall, the ceiling needs lowered and again all plastered.

 

Would like someone reputable, who is fully insured and guarentees their work.

 

We live just off Woodseats Road, and ideally would like our room done the end of Jan and the hall the end of Feb.
