Blueyonder dates for sheffield speed increase!!!

Yeah they can be done for free. What type of connection do you have? Is it via your digital set top box?

im connected through a modem, the "scientific atlanta, webstar dpx100" one.

 

so would they need to send me a new modem out?

hope blueyonder hurry up and get this upgrade done by xmas, my connection seems slower than ever and i'm on 1mb, look forward to the 4mb speed :thumbsup:

Im on a Motorola SB4100, which is DOCSIS 1.0 and 1.1 compatable..

 

Anything below DOCSIS 1.5 has problems Above 6mb... do you think that BY aware of this at all??? o_0 - I hope they are, and hope they update the modems/replace them..

Well if you contact them I'm sure they'll sort that side of things out for you...

 

Waiting for them to do something for you is unlikely to get the result you're after though..

Officially I work in Customer Care, but ive been there for years, so Ive been trained in many areas including blueyonder tech support, customer relations and sales. So while those around me in my dept are taking purely Customer Care calls, I get the other types of calls routed to me also to deal with.
