New line on reel

hi i want to put new line on my reel and want to know the best and easy way to do this and avoid twists and tangled. thanks

Do remember, after your first cast it will lay how the reel intended it to anyway.

put the reel on butt end of rod thread line through eye on rod tie line to reel , then put spool of line in luke warm water then let line go between yer fingers with a bit of tension on it as yu turn your reel the line does not want to be to tight and not to slack just enoght tension on it keep checking the line lay as it goes on yu want it even lay ,
