Where to find cheap bedding plants?

Does anyone know where the best place is for some cheap bedding plants without resorting to the b&q??

I don't want anything special, just a few trays to fill some planters

Look at the shop at Greenhill Key Home I think .

or morrisons or even the discounters such as lidle aldi etc

Chesterfield market is great for plants, good variety, decent prices, but be careful of the guy opposite the precinct. He assured me a palnt I wanted to buy was hardy. Got it home, looked it up and it can't take temperatures below 50F/10C -- that's barely going to survive a Sheffield summer, let alone winter, sigh.

dont know where you are based, but Birley Moor Garden centre have got 5 boxes of 6 for £10. I got some nice pansies from there other day!

If you get up early(as they close about 10am)try the parkway markets,Enos Kaye are the best,mu Mum bought 12 stocks for £3 and that rather dear for them,but take cash because they dont do cards.
