Jim Hardie   517 #113 Posted July 5, 2011 Yes I remember him, I loathed him as a teenager, he thought that wearing a pink coat like Cliff Richard would get him some younger fans, didn't work! He was one of the set of british singers who carved out a career largely by making really bad covers of records of american artist.  Rainbow, how did you know it was pink back in those black and white days? Tara Misu   10 #119 Posted August 14, 2011 Oh God.I remember playing truant for the only time ever from Owler Lane Intermediate school to go to the Empire theatre on Union Street to see Marty Wilde and he autographed my arm. It was around 1958 and I did not wash that arm for about six months. As it faded I inked it back in.
 Share this content via...
