Ant67   10 #39 Posted September 22, 2015 I spent £14,000 on a car from The Car Megastore, I drove the car away only to find the heated rear window did not fully work as they had pulled off the dealer sticker and damaged the filaments. I was back at the garage within 1 hour to let them know and arrange repair/replacement only to be told only major engine or gearbox faults are covered and only for 30 days. After 15 mins of arguing my case I was asked to leave and not come back as I was turning potential customers away. Leave well alone and buy from a reputable company.
