Are you 'Pasting' once in paint? (CTRL+V)

Then file...save as etc.

Maybe your print screen function is on a function key which some keyboards have , try pressing the Fn key & print screen

Does copy and paste work? Could be clipperboard service not running

See if the onscreen keyboard also has the print screen function

Also try shift& printscr or Ctrl & printscr

Have a look if the screenshot's on your clipboard, go to RUN in your Windows start menu and type "clipvrd" (without the quotes) and if the item's there you'll be able to paste it into Paint, if not then you might not have copied it properly.
