samsmum   10 #3 Posted May 30, 2011 the winter gardens in town will kill an hour, little kids love being able to run around the plants and its small enough not to lose them! weston park museum is free (if you can navigate them away from the cafe and gift shop!!) or go to see the farm animals at graves park.  bit grim, weather today though
 Share this content via...
Billinge   10 #4 Posted May 30, 2011 If the weather is nice go to Fox House and let your 3yr old paddle. Take a picnic. There are loads of small rocks to climb and space to run around and there is usually an icecream van on standby.
 Share this content via...

ianmarriott   10 #8 Posted May 30, 2011 well graves park farm is brilliant, its free and you can feed some off the annimals and they have newborns for the kids to pet, over in the park is a play area, but good for an hour its not big so no walking a long way, clifton park in rotherham is also good when the weather is nice,it has sand pits for the little ones and in summer a fair thats very cheap and a brilliant water area with changing rooms,if you do go buy your ice creams and drinks at the kiosk at the water area they are cheaper and bigger than the ice cream vans that rip you off
 Share this content via...
