Ethermax   10 #13 Posted May 30, 2011 Complained to BBC again ...... this time they replied:-  "Thanks for contacting the BBC.  I understand you've encountered problems with your BBC Four reception.  A fault was detected at the Sheffield transmitter relating to BBC Four. The matter is being investigated by our engineers and will be resolved as soon as is possible to do so.  If you can access BBC Four via the CBeebies channel, I'd continue to do so until normal services have resumed.  I hope this information helps to clarify the situation and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you."  At least they now recognise there is a problem!!!!!  Happy viewing.... soon .....
