Does anyone know of any Citizens Advice e-mail services?

If not, can anybody recommend any CAB services in the area which specialise in disability/mental health benefits? The ones I know of only offer appointments to people who are patients at specific medical centres. The reason I'm asking is I don't want to go to one place and then get advised to go to another CAB centre for more appropriate advice as it's going to be hard enough for me to go to one centre, without having to go to a second one.

E-mail advice often isn't very effective, but you could try finding local advice centres at http://www.advicesheffield.org.uk/get-advice/find-an-advice-service. They almost all advise on disability benefits.

If you're still a student, as mentioned in your other posts, try your students union. I think the Sheffield one is in the building just by the flyover but you can easily find out.

Sheffield Students Union place is on Brook Hill, just below the Children's Hospital, I've been in, they sold me a decent cheese sandwich.
