Recommended Posts

Can any tell me the cheapest storage firm, basically I need a single garage to store some holdhold stuff, while the house gets renovated.

Need to how much they charge?

how long (minium contract) if any?

accessable 24/7

any around the S9 area.

We used this company...

http://www.bigyellow.co.uk/

In Hillsborough. They do discounts on the first two months or so. it is secure they have a variety of sizes and you can have 24/7 access.

I doubt they are the cheapest but when we started trying to get quotes two independent companies we called could not be bothered to phone us back for us that was not a good sign.

Not in S9, but there is a storage place at West Bar in Town, near the old Fire and Police Museum..

I use Beach Storage (although they are based in Barnsley - so a bit further to travel).

It costs me £14.40 per week for a 20ft storage container (150sq ft).

If you aren't going to be travelling to the storage destination frequently, it may work out a better deal to travel that bit further for a much lower rate.

Hope that helps.
