medusa   16 #13 Posted May 8, 2011 If someone has made an appointment but didn't turn up at that time (and didn't contact you to tell you that they were unable to come etc) then as far as I'm concerned they need to understand the purpose of an appointment. There are a lot of things in this life that you'll miss out on if you don't turn up for an appointment, from medical treatment to jobs or hair cuts!
