Hi Lisa, good luck with your weight loss and the club you are forming. I live near Meadowhall so too far for me to join in but I wish you well. Just a suggestion but how about having a 'top 3' for the weight loss eg with prizes of £60, £35, £25

 

In case you don't know the NHS have a brilliant programme on offer, it's called Weigh Ahead I've been going for six weeks now and have lost 1.5 stones
