Miniature trains near Millhouses park

Recommended Posts

Saw some people leaving the place on Abbydale road (right hand side) where they sometimes have the miniature steam trains, are they up and running for bank holiday monday? And does anyone know the opening and closing times?

Get there 20 mins before opening time and queue up at the ticket window to make sure you don't have to wait for long.

You only pay for the rides, its 80p each, go past the hamlet and its about 5 min walk on the opposite side of rd, usually a small sign on the grass verge... you can park easily outside or in the grounds... theres a cafe aswell...

I meant more the wait for the train, although you're right, it is never that bad. I have known it be a bit of a wait sometimes, though.
