philyyy 10 #1 Posted April 29, 2011 I've had a trawl of the internet web and unless I want to pay £900 for some propoer qualification I can't find anywhere that provides a short, hopefully inexpensive course to show me how to get the best use of my video camera. My films are currently poo so need some help. Has anyone been on or know of any such course?
 Share this content via...

WeX 10 #4 Posted April 29, 2011 you can take a photography course as most of the principles are the same. i would advise you buy a book call "film directing shot by shot" as this is one of the definitive bibles that you will find on many a film directors book shelf. here is a little hint to get you on your way: look up the 180 degree rule. best of luck. telman 10 #5 Posted April 29, 2011 Practice, practice all the time. Don't be afraid to make mistakes and learn what works and what dos'nt. Go out every day if possible Watch the camera work on the telly and see how they frame and move the camera.
 Share this content via...
