Creating a web (email) address for country outside of the UK

Is it possible to create a web email address for a country outside of the UK? I am referring to the free ones like Yahoo mail (as opposed to BT or Talk Talk for example.)

You can use your regular email account, just don't forget to put AIRMAIL in the subject line.

Usually most of these sites automatically locate where your computer is, because they have so many different country domain extensions.

 

Easy if you want a paid email address. Just purchase your own domain name from somewhere like 123reg and get assigned a bunch of free email addresses.

Can I ask the question of why you want an email account that gives the appearence of being from another country ?

I agree, to purchase a domain is the way forward. Get your own e-mail address

and also, it looks more professional. I don't know if you want to set up some sort of business. You won't be taken serious with a gmail or yahoo mail account.

Just use a proxy site from the country you want.

Just google the name of the country and 'proxy', then off you go with whatever scam it is you are planning.

To create a free email address, eg in yahoo France (or Italy or Spain..) from a computer in UK, you don't need anything! Just go to:

http://fr.yahoo.com/ then click on Inscription

http://es.yahoo.com/ then click on Regístrate

http://it.yahoo.com/ then click on Registrati

You can use the form in english (that you find on http://uk.yahoo.com/ clicking on Sign up) for reference.

And I hope there is a good reason for doing this...
