Taster class on Monday 11th April 19.00 - 20.00 £4

 

Starts Regularly From Monday 25th April

 

Mondays 18.00 - 19.00 £4

Hi its probably not a great time to start a new exercise regime, unless you are already in reasonable shape and your doctor has said you would be OK to participate.

 

Zumba is a great way to get back in shape after pregnancy and I'm sure you would really enjoy it.
