medusa   16 #13 Posted May 14, 2011 My favourite knife is a tungsten carbide edged Fusion utility 5" knife which has stayed sharper than all of my other knives for the last 18 or so years. They get used on a daily basis and I would not have anything else.  Glad I got them when I did as just seen how much the large chefs knife I used is now. £100 eek but well worth every single penny.  Yes the handles are light but I found that after a few uses I got used to them.  I love my Global knife block set, they are absolutely excellent quality.
