Noahs Ark have been as inconsistent as us but we are confident all 3 points will be coming our way if we can take our chances like we did last week. UTF! Stats will be updated later on. 9 goals between 2 players.  All team are chuffed, just need to cut out the few mistakes that meant we conceded 3, including another penalty.  Up the Forum! 2 games to go! Pink2Bubble   10 #4 Posted April 3, 2011 (edited) Sheffield Forum came away from Frechville with an emphatic win, easily securing all 3 points. Within minutes of kick off, Ashley Matthews opened the scoring. Noahs Ark equalised shortly after, capitalising on a defensive error. Liam Wales restored the lead mid way through the first half when his header was half cleared back to him 15 yards out and he calmly finished. Ark equalised again when the ball found a free man in the area.  Joe Neate then scored SFFCs third goal with another strike from the edge of the area.  HT: Noahs Ark 2 - 3 Sheffield Forum  Second half was all Sheffield Forum except for an Ark penalty to give them a third, making the score then 7-3. SFFC had attack after attack and quick closing down and fast movement up front helped with Forum taking most of their chances.  Sub Phillip Gill nodded in the 4th after an Ashley Matthews knock back across goal, his first for Sheffield Forum. Ashley Matthews himself added another 2, one a free kick spilled over the line by the keeper. Tom Gray scored a simple tap in from yards out after good work from Liam Wales and Liam himself added another 5 goals.  A great win, high scoring game. Needs to be continued into the next 2 remaining games as we aim to finish on a high.  Well done boys, a result like that has been on the cards for a while.
