Stranza   10 #13 Posted April 5, 2011 http://www.aboutcabbagesoupdiet.com/ That website told me everything I needed to know and also has a support forum. The diet should only be a 7 day one not a fixed one. I lost 11lb in a week and now am sticking to a similar diet with the fruit and veg and chicken and veg or salad or fish and veg or salad for tea.  Are you doing the milk detox week too? Stranza   10 #18 Posted April 5, 2011 What's this? I had no milk if that helps lol I'll find a link if I can. There is a week of milk and yoghurt diet to help get rid of any extra water (and gas ) left over by the cabbage. It's pretty restrictive but does wonders for your liver! I do it after the christmas period and if i've had too many nights out on holiday and the cabbage soup week plus milk week always gives me good skin and a good weight loss, ideal for special occasions    TMI ALERT!!!!! It does give you green poo for the first two days tho!
 Share this content via...
