Best wireless router

Hi all, just wondering ur opinion on best wireless router

The best Wireless router in my opinion is a Draytek2820n - http://www.draytek.co.uk/products/vigor2820.html

 

Expensive but worth it. Make sure you get the N version though as the others don't have wireless.

Define "BEST" as it entirely depends what you need out of it.

 

Personally I prefer the Buffalo WZR-HP-G300NH because its fast, runs DD-WRT and as such has a ton of features others do not and is much more stable than any other router I have had before.

 

Other routers with their own specific firmware always seem to have issues that never get fixed (often because the manufacturer only supports the latest model) or is missing features I wanted (again, because they only want to add them to the latest or most expensive model).

 

However if you want an ADSL router then that is a different thing entirely.

jfgcomputers and AlexAtkin are both right - first in respect of Draytek, the second in respect of "what you want out of it". Personal preference is for Netgear - if I had the money to squander then I think it would be Draytek as they have the best build quality (if I remembered a review from a while back).
