madasfish   10 #13 Posted March 13, 2011 Chatsworth?  I was going to suggest this - hence asking what time of year. And a gourmet picnic in the grounds might be an alternative to a meal there?
 Share this content via...

hennypenny   10 #15 Posted March 13, 2011 For my dads 80th we had a party at the Thorncliffe Arms at Chappletown, it was lovely. The landlady and landlord couldn't do enough for us and were brilliantly accommodating. I am not 100% sure if the same landlord and landlady are still there though, I heard they had left.
