rkelly   10 #1 Posted March 9, 2011 Hi all forumers, Im a 33 y/o male with a little bit of weight to lose. my summer hols are coming up thick and fast thank god only problems is i will be harpooned on the beach before i get a tan. i am lookin to take up boxing as its something ive always wanted to do it for fitness rather than competition. is it a good way and fast way to lose the weight and gain a good standard of fitness?  I have 10 weeks to holiday so what weight could be lost in this time if i am 110% committed. thanks in advance to any advise you all have. and which boxing gym is best oh i currently weigh 15stone Share this post Link to post Share on other sites Share this content via...
