Does anyone know or even remember how to hook the xbox up to a pc through Sky broadband router.I've connected ethernet cable to router. They can both 'see' each other but when i click on videos in XMBC(on xbox),then go to 'my pc',it says access denied.Network sharing is set up(sons 360 upstairs),my tv can access it(but its very picky which files it wants to play).I thought i'd dig the old xbox out and use that to stream........but.......

Windows 7 by the way.

Thanks in advance guys.

Do you have XBMC installed? Are you sharing the files you want in Windows? Are your Xbox and PC on the same subnet?
