My windows haven't been cleaned for ages, especially the upstairs ones. I am a little wary that I will be ripped off so can anyone recommend someone??

Seconded - we used to have a regular cleaner, but he has not been for ages, and I felt a bit cross when somebody else showed up and pretended he was the replacement, but charged nearly four times as much (with no prior warning).
