Two words will shift them, the second being off!

Just say 'No Thank You' if you don't want your car washed, I think its a great idea I wish they had car washers in my local supermarket.

I agree! It was OK when it was just 2 to avoid but now as soon as I park the car, I can feel them circling in on me. Can't they sit in one corner of the carpark and wait for us to go to them?

Go to Tesco on the other side of the train line then. Then tell Sainsburys' management why you've changed your shopping habits.

TESCO actually employ their own car washers at their flagship store in Cheshunt, it works really well there. Perhaps Sainsbury's just need to manage it better if its got out of hand.

I must leap to the defence of the Sainsburys car washers here. I used one of them recently and was very impressed by the service i received. As for them being pushy etc, I have not found this at all. They ask and all you have to say is no.

One thing I am curious about is their status in the UK. They are all foreign, I think, so I wonder if they are refugees, asylum seekers, illegal immigrants or what?
