Asda Handsworth loses one of its main assets (Roger the Greeter)

Recommended Posts

Shame!

I wish him well for the future

In the future we'll be able to remember when being rogered at ASDSA meant more than

rollback and BOGOF.

I liked the idea of him training others in the art of a warm and friendly greeting.

Its hardly rocket science is it!

And I thought the reason they where making him redundant is they where doing away with meet & greeters?

I think what ANNA B is saying, is for Roger to train all Asda staff in general the art of art of a warm and friendly greeting, be it all shop floor staff, cafe and checkout staff. And the high and mighty management that walk about on the shop floor who look down upon you when you make a complaint.

Ah, but have you passed it on to the manager how respected and popular he is ?.

One thing though, I hope he has'nt taken offence at me starting this thread.

SAVE ROGER

A lot of people seem to want to keep Roger .

.

Suggest people ask to speak to management when in store and let them know what there customers think of him and what a asset he his ,they seem to be plenty of them always walking round the store looking important but do not seem to do much

Better still

E/M H/O LEEDS http://WWW.ASDA.CO.UK and let them know our views
