Asda Handsworth loses one of its main assets (Roger the Greeter)

Roger the door greeter will be leaving Asda within the next three weeks due to being made redundant. Overheard the staff saying he was leaving so i asked him if it was true and he told me yes. The Asda wont be the same without him, his quirky humour will be sorely missed.

Thats really sad. Roger has been there for years, always has a warm welcome and a friendly smile.

My weekly shop wont be the same.

Roger will be missed by many as he to me was a special part of Asda he was always willing to help and you always knew where to find him. I can remember him at the old Asda he seems to have been around for many of my shopping years.
