medusa   16 #2 Posted February 21, 2011 Who has advised you to take them?  Diuretics (water reduction tablets) should really only be taken with supervision from your doctor because they can cause an imbalance in potassium and sodium in your body which can be dangerous for your heart unless you have check ups and understand the risk signs to look for.
