ssnr29   10 #20 Posted February 16, 2011 (edited) This is a hardly used pushchair from Mamas and Papas which has not been welded properly in their factory. Because we can't provide proof of purchase they want £50 to weld the part which is about 1 inch long. I called at Exotic welding and must say they were extremely helpful and confirmed that the fault was a factory fault and that I should again complain to Mamas and Papas. I must add that the person I spoke to at Mamas and Papas did not seem at all perturbed that my baby grandson could have been injured by this fault.
