hello,

I wondered whether anyone knew or could recommend any personal trainers that are in or around he S20 area. If anyone has estimated prices too, that would be great.

Thank you

TJ

I do Personal Training (at home or at work) sessions.

YOu decide what you want from the workout, the areas you want working and the type of workout you want........and I put together the workout based on your requirements.

You can expect to see a real improvement to your fitness levels, as well a real change to your body shape.

Would recomend this option, I saw a real increase in my fitness plus I was leaner in the right areas by the end of the month.

The cost was cheaper than some gym memberships, I trained 2 times at home in January, and attended a class once a week and by the end of January there was a definate difference.

The workouts are fun/varied and some of the excersises are completely different to what I've seen at a gym. Very much recomended.

Does anyone know of a gym instructor level 2 course or personal trainer course that is relatively cheap? or anyway i can get on one without paying the extremely expensive prices that most places do them for. As i already know the content of the course from a university module i did so just need to take the test.

Any info on the subject would be appreciated.

Hey Folks,

Im looking to forumers to potentially recommend a very good personal trainer/ nutritionist.

I need help with my routine, i'm pretty knowledgeable when is comes to training but want to take it to the next level. I need help devising a good diet plan and would like to further my knowledge on training.

Im looking to find someone that has bee in the industry for a number of years and can really push me.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Check out our website http://www.getphysical.co.uk. We've been in the industry for years. We specialise in both training and nutrition. In fact we are due to start bodybuilding seminars, along with last years NPA Mr Britain Del Galloway, very shortly. We've worked very closely with Del & his wife Kathryn(who is due to compete this Oct) on their diet and training. You can view Del's testimonial on our website.

As well as training & diet, we can give in depth advice on supplements. We can tell you what's good, what's bad and what's a total waste of time. We spent many years selling supplements and have lectured at the Hallam univeristy on sports nutrition. Just a further note, I believe we are the only personal trainers with our own completely private fully equipped gym. Most PTs have to work out of the big gyms.

We do completely free consults if you want to come in for a chat and see for yourself. Tel 0114 2666433
